Vac Pump

It's clear I don't have any vacume coming from the pump. Searching the forums and web, I've gained some information, but not quite enough.

Rebuilt Unit: $200
New Unit: $300

I'm told the diaphram is replaceable. Anyone have a part number?
If it's the gear, is there a part number for that?
Is there a 12v (electric) option?

Mine has 2 wires coming out of it. Is that for engine RPM? I guess I don't really need that, but I might if the alt doesn't have a tach output.

I could use some oideas from the experianced Gurus.

For the part number call some diesel shops and tell them you want just the pod, should be around $100.

Rockauto.com shows 136.00 for a rebuilt unit for an 88 sub. That is with the speed sensor on top. Maybe that is a better price than what you have seen? Good luck. :)
