Largest tire size on '06 K3500 dually?

Stock rubber is 215 85/16. Rear duals have minimum of 3/4" separation at shoulder 'bulge' with stock rims.

Time for a new set of skins. Stay with stock rubber, or go for something a little taller? They look pathetically tiny in the wheel wells, tons of clearance all the way around.

I seem to recall people using 235/85's on the dual rears. As long as the sidewalls don't actually touch when the truck is loaded heavy, you're OK. I did a tire size search here in this forum a while back. I think there are a few threads that discuss tire sizes for the 3500's. :)
