Relocate tubo in van?

I was wondering how difficult would be to relocate the turbo to the bottom where the downpipe ends? How would oil be supplied? What would be the best way to do this? Also, Can the emmissions test tell if the cat is gutted? Thanks!

Somewhere here in this board is a discussion about a company that offers turbo kits (for mostly automotive apps) that place the turbo beneath the vehicle. Pressurized engine oil feed these turbos and the oil drain is also snaked forward to fittings on the pan.

The problem is the unknown effect this relocation might have and whether the stock turbos or the aftermarket varieties would work efficiently this far from the fire..
