fuel filter

I have replaced the fuel filter before with no problem. This time the big black nut would not tighten down. When I removed it I found an extra rubber o ring and metal ring along with the same from the new filter. How do the rubber and metal rings go back on the filter.

Figured it out. It's fixed

In my opinion, that seal is a very cheezy design. I've had problems with that a couple of times. Must be very careful when installing the new filter.
