Well, I was installing my brand new AC Delco mechanical lift pump, coated the pushrod with grease and had it pushed all the way up but something happened and it SNAPPED when tightening the bolts down and a piece remains lodged up inside! I may still try to fish it out with a magnet but if that doesn't work, I'll just block it off or stick the old pump back on and get an electric pump, but which one should I get? And can anyone give advice on where to tap the electric connections or have any pictures of your setup? I appreciate it.
