What controls the auto down window?

Just got home with the new to me 01 SB CC DA 4x4. The drivers window will not go down at all. The other 3 windows work fine and you can even feel the attempt to go up on the driver side but nothing for down movement. I do not know anything about these but my higher voltage knowledge tells me that there is more to this system than the switch can do (travel limit etc) Any fuses that control just that function?
