According to the paper’s overall ranking, the top three 75W90 GL-5 synthetic lubes are AMSOIL, Mobil-1 and GM “Grape Juice”. It’s nice the study included the GM lube since none of the popular aftermarket offerings (that I'm aware of) explicitly state they meet the GM 9986115 spec.
