2wd vs. 4wd ride height

I have a 2006 2500HD 2wd and I'm wondering if the factory ride height is the same as a 4wd. I saw a 4wd with 285/75s on the stock rims and it didn't appear to have a lift. I want to get them but I wasn't sure about the clearance.

The 2WD & 4WD trucks share many of the same front suspension components, including torsion bars. So, they should be somewhat comparable in tire clearance.

When I bought my truck in August I asked the dealer if there was
a difference, and he said they were the same.
