I have been having some warm start issue's with my truck, due to worn head an rotor in the IP, an I thought I would search see if there was any less expensive options. I came across this post, 93 6.5L TD - No warm start, http://www.thedieselpageforums.com/tdpforum/showthread.php?t=3319
Which looked to the OPS and lift pump, and I found my lift pump was not working either, also found out why the lift pump was running all the time and burned itself out the ops was bad but some reason instead of killing power it had closed contacts and allowed the pump to run.
I believe I still have worn head an rotor an will need a new IP but now I got some breathing room to get it replaced.
Also I have the same question that MMayhem asked what kind of rep does realdiesel.com have as they have the cheapest IP I can find at $450?
