Mr Monte,
The fuse you need is wrapped on the trailer plug harness, if one came with your truck.

Where was it missing?
I have the same problem but it looks like all the fuses are there.

There is a dummy plugged in on the left 40 amp slot that you have to remove & replace with the one that came with your harness.
I found it. :D
It was covered up by a label stuck over the top of the inboard row of fuses. I've looked the before and felt what I thought was a fuse, but now I find out there is a dummy fuse in one slot. Why the heck did GM do that? They put a seven way plug on the truck for towing. guess they just think most people tow utility trailers or something and don't need to charge a battery on a TT.
But all is well now. good thing I found out about it. i picked up my TT from the dealer today (warranty work) and of course the battery was dead and the power jack wouldn't work. No problem though since I have 12V power in the 7 way.:D:D:D
Thanks
