"Road Draft Tube" attached to the air filter housing???

OK OK ......................... Why would someone want to run the PCV road draft tube upto the air filter housing on an LB7 in a 2001 P/U????????????? :confused: :confused: :confused: The only positive I see from this is that the customer doesn't have to oil his "STUPID" BRAND X filter anymore!! The PCV is doing a fine job of that!! :mad: :confused: :rolleyes:

Makes no sense to me unless they figured it was letting dirt in. I see a big problem coming though. This would form a trap that could collect condensation and could freeze...
