One of the APP error codes. Check the connector for poor contact.

The code 64 is a low voltage reading on the APP sensor #3
Do you have a SES light on or a service throttle soon light on?

If you have a light on this will probably mean you are also seeing a reduced power level.

The APP (box that the throotle pedal hangs on) has 3 sensors in it.

All three are required to give a proper signal ralative to where the pedal is.
If one malfuctions a code will be stored but no light. If two malfuction then a code is stored as well as power being limited by the ECM.
If all three have issues then the ECM will only allow engine to idle and the STS light will come on.
Let us know if we can help further.

With the fly by wire system used on the DS4 injection system this safeguard is the only way to assure that there is not a run away possible.

burning oil has a TCM. On a TCM 64 is the barometric sensor.
