If you drained any fuel out when adjusting the metering screw, you may have to bleed out air. Pretty easy to do. Crack open 2 injector lines on each side at the injectors, then crank the engine till you see fuel weeping out. Tighten down the lines, then try to start. You may see lots of smoke and rough running til the rest of the air bleeds itself out but it will smooth out quickly.
Easiest way on a 6.2 is to remove the glow plugs so the engine will spin free and crank it until fule mist blows out the glow plug holes.
I would disconnect the IP first though and crank it to get the fuel filters full and fuel to the IP then hook up the power to the IP and crank it to get mist at the glow plug holes.
Screw the plugs back in and do a glow cycle and start it up.
The injectors will self purge.
