I OWNED A 2000 6.5 :o AND NOW HAVE A 6.6 WITH EDGE, FILTER AND EXHAUST:) IM LOOKING AT PURCHACING A 1985 1/2 TO CHEVY 6.2
THE TRUCK IS SHOWROOM CLEAN AND HAS 114K, BUT A PUTCH AT 93 H.P:( IVE LOOKED FOR AND RESURCHED AFTERMAKERT PART AND OPTIONS. GREAT INFO ON THIS SITE. BUT CANT FIND AFTERMARKET EXHAUST BIGGER THEN 2 1/2" DIA. WHO MAKES A GOOD EXUAST, OR DO I JUST GO TO MY LOCAL MUFFLER DEALER ? THE BIGGER THE BETTER.

A couple of things can be done w/o adding a turbo that add more power.

First off, replace the intake manifold with a NON-EGR version, to help the engine breath more air and less HOT air.

Second, get ahold of a performance air filter to stick in the housing, that can help as well, but select one that doesn't sacrafice air filtration for flow.

Third, you can bump the fuel output of the injection pump UP slightly to reflect the mods you already installed, cause it'll now be cable of burning the small amount more fuel.

Oh, yer caps lock button appears to be stuck ;)
