I'm considering installing a intercooler on my 99 'Burb and the only one I've found is the one offered by Diesel Services Group. Have any of you installed it and do you like it?? What other options are available??

Kennedy sells an intercooler setup as well that fits your truck.

Or, you can um, build your own ;)

Got mine from Turbo Technology. Sent them my computor box and they reset it also. I put it on, not hard. They changed the trans shifts in the computor as well. Very pleased.

The oil is from those @#$&*@# oil lines. I have replaced them after the pic was taken.

They are pretty durable. With the exception of an actual puncture the core will probably bend. I doubt your average stick or bush is going to hurt it much. Hit a really big rock and it'll probably bend but not puncture.
Art.
