SVO conversion on a '96 6.5TD

Hi Folks,

I'm new to the forum and am looking to see if anyone is running SVO on a 6.5TD. I'm in the planning stages of this exact conversion. I have already converted a MB with great sucess. The crux of my problem is I want to run a lift/Auxillary pump to lessen the workload on the IP. Is there anyone out there who has done this conversion? Did you use a lift pump and if so which one?

Hey,
Just happened to stumble across your post. We just purchased a 6.5 for our shop, the lift pump that we sell/will be utilizing is made by Diesel Performance Products (FASS) specifically for SVO. We are mounting the pump just after our valve so that diesel and VO Share the pump. This is beneficial for two main reasons.
1st: The pump is washed down with diesel after every use.
2nd: Significant upgrade from the stock pump.

Thanks Guys. I disappeared for awhile so I checkout the pump now that I'm back inot the project.
