Dual Thermostat Upgrade - What Years?

Before I go out and buy the kit to do this, wondering if one of these crossovers off a newer('97 and later I think) 6.5 will bolt onto my '94 and work. I'm sure i can get the water pump, just wondering if I can try and find one from a junkyard to make the upgrade cheaper?

Yes it will bolt on. May need to notch the alternator bracket I think

What sturgeon-phish said, and you'll need to reshape the steel fuel return line harness that crosses the front of the engine. Not a big deal - you can do it using your hands. Place a piece of rubber fuel hose over the steel fuel return line in any area where it might rub the crossover.

The newer steel fuel return line harness won't work due to the accessory brackets being so different. It's far easier to reshape the original.

Thanks, that's what I was hoping. As far as the water pump, can I just order one for say a '97 or '98 6.5 and it will be the high flow one?
