This has been talked about many times before, just thought I'd bring it to the surface again since it's so easy to do (and for those that are newer to this great site:) ). The air inlet on our trucks is behind the passenger side marker light and it's really not that bad of a design. What I did was to remove some of the black plastic material around the actual light itself. This makes for a bigger opening for air to get in. Of course a step better (and a little more work) is to replace the light with a screen, like HowieE did many years ago. Anyways, the light comes out in about 2 minutes and I used a Dremel with the cutoff tool to remove the material.
