Howdy
What is the general opinion these days on replacement cleanable air filters? This is one of those topics that seems to change year to year. I have used K/N (not the ticket IMHO). most recently I was using a UNI but after 125,000 the foam is starting to decay, and I know that good old paper probably filters the best....
Sooo, the question is: What is the newest "trend" or "fashion" in filters???
Thanks in advance!

I put a cone shaped AFE air filter on my 93 1 ton. Its much better then a K&N. The AFE company was founded by some employees from K&N. They wanted to make a better air filter but the higher ups at K&N wouldnt listen. At least thats what someone told me. Hope this helps.
