Did you buy the truck new? If so, contact the dealer and ask for a copy.

Same thing happened to me. I went to the GM Link and signed up. They had the regular, Diesel, and Allison manual available for download.

If by the chance you do want to "REBUILD" your truck, you can go to your local GM dealer parts center and buy the GM manuals in paper form. You might also be able to buy them on CD/ DVD?
