Need help identifying this aftermarket 6.2 turbo setup

I acquired this aftermarket turbo setup for a GM 6.2 Diesel. The passenger exhaust manifold has what appears to be "EAE" cast into it. It has a design which utilizes the stock air cleaner sitting over an adapter. The turbo says "Roto Master" on both the intake and exhaust. Exhaust says A/R 85. Red tag on intake says T04 and some other stuff. I now have it for sale on ebay, item # 250121391612. Is this a Garrett? What else can you tell me about it? Who made the kit?

This is a BAE kit, I've only heard of them though a mechanic friend of mine, he ran this on his C3500 on top of a 6.5 before going 5.9 6 banger.

Good luck selling it, I'm intersted, but strapped for $ now, cause shorty needs a set of Caltracs.
