I'm swapping the 6.5lt out because of a spun main bearing. I got a 506 block with a good bottom end. I'm at the point of putting the appliances back on and I don't know what this is or how to go about putting it back in.

That's the rear oil pump drive that goes into the rear of the motor. I think it also has a engine speed sensor in the top that goes to the ECM.

Yep, that one has a speed sensor, which will be an extra if your other 6.5 doesn't use it. I'd recommend installing the oil pump drive from your other engine into the newly acquired 506.
