I don't recommend using someone else's belt size. I don't think there was an application for the '99 accessories w/o a vacuum pump, so you have to use a measured belt size.
Measure your own. It's easy. A seamstress (dressmaker's) tape works well, and they're cheap if you don't have one. You'll need an 8 footer, or staple 2 shorter tapes together. Walmart and the like has them. You can use twine or string and measure after, but it is much less accurate.
Have someone spring the tensioner at about 2/3 in and hold it perfectly still. Route the tape over the top of the grooves, centered on the pulleys. You can use some masking tape to hold the measure tape in place on some of the pulleys. Pull it tight and that will be your measurement. Have the parts store look up the OEM belt in the brand you want, and adjust the part # according to your measurement. The numbers will be in mm. As much as 10mm off can throw the tensioner out of range, so measure several times and confirm your routing and the position of the tape on each pulley. If you are between available belt measurements, get both, use the one that fits best and take the other back. You want the tensioner in the 2/3 throw range. Looser can cause slippage.
