I've just finished pulling the heads off my '99 6.5 to do the head gaskets. Upon removing the crossover pipe, I discovered that the flare on the drivers side has dissappeared :( . I figure that this is a good excuse to upgrade both the crossover and the downpipe. Who has the best and who is the cheappest. I live in canada too, so shipping is a concern. Thanks L8R

Check price between a factory replacement and one from Kennedy (http://www.kennedydiesel.com). The mandrel bent versions are nicer, but may not make a big difference in power/temps/etc. in a stock or mildly modified 6.5.

Might be more important when building/modifying the 6.5 for max power.

This one looks decent and the price is right.

Thanks L8R If you are looking for a DP and X-over then get the Flowmaster DP and x-over combination. It's $105 through Summit Racing. Part number FLO-17220. 3" DP and 2.5" X-over, all mandrel bent.
