Driver's side exhaust manifold

Does anyone with an LMM no for sure if the driver's side exhaust manifold still has a restriction?

Any ideas, if the BD Power replacement manifold is worth it?

I neglected (forgot) to get a photo or even look at the LMM's manifold I photo'ed last week. I just went through all the photos I took, and none of them show enough of the driver's side exhaust manifold to tell.... :(

Lots of folks (myself included) have measured higher EGT's in the driver's side manifold. In at least one case, the owner reported here that he verified the accuracy of the pyrometers.

That said, and this in just my opinion, I think the BD manifold would make a slight difference (improvement), but it would be hard to justify the cost unless you're using your truck for competition or just simply want the best. It is a quality piece.... and it comes drilled & tapped for a pyrometer, which would remove any concern about drilling/tapping the OEM manifold.
