Was curious what the old girl could do 0-60, so I used the highly accurate stopwatch method. I tried to power brake it to get a little boost built up, but it started to do a brake stand, so I just let her go and hit the button. After about 20-30 ft of the MTR's howling  , she fully hooked up and we were off. About 12.8 seconds later I hit 60. Is this good, bad, or average?
BTW- "she" is a 97' 2 door tahoe, 4x4, auto, 3.73's, 305/70/16 mtr's, a full tank of fuel and me(270'ish)

Are you stock? Not the truck :D
With 305 and gearing you have I'm glad to hear you can spin them 305.

hmmmmm......if you're all stock then those tires don't give much traction....

my 99 stock with 265 michelins would barely give half a rotation on the passenger side tire.

see my post on 129hp to 171hp or whatever it was back in the fall.

course it's a different story now, baby! although not that much different, sad to say...

i will check 0-60 again with g-tech and post it

Yep, she's all stock....so far. In fairness to the mtr's it was a little damp out, but they were howling to beat he**. With the 3.73's and 305's the cruising rpm's are a lot better than they were with 265's.(2000 rpm @ 70 mph)

I don't have 0-60 but in the 1/4 mile i was 19.0 @ 70 mph. Truck was stock @ the time with 305/70 tires and 4.10 gears. Truck is a 4x4 long bed crew cab

Big Diesel,
I have the same truck and your time happens to be exactly what I got stock using the same method. With the big pipes and biger air box, It would do just under 12. I think it's a bit closer to 11 now with the new injectors. With out a new program, I think this is about the best these L56 jobs will do.

I built this system over 2 years ago.
Yes It does work. Mine is self made and took a summer to get the jetting right. Washer fuild works good. Intake Temp do drop when boost goes over 10psi. Most of the time I don't use it though on take off there is a noted power gain :D
Cost? around 2K  200
