Intake Air Temps?? Where? Stock Intake Mods?

Where is the IAT measured at? Is it at the intake tube via the MAS or just before it goes into the manifold after turbo and intercooler?

I have an LBZ and the temps seem high if at the air intake. In the area of 20 degrees more than outside air.

Is there a link to a mod for the stock air cleaner housing for gettng cooler air in?

IAT is measured in the intake manifold - after having traveled through the turbocharger and charge air cooler.

We produced an article late last year ago showing how to improve airflow in the stock air box. It's still available in the subscriber's section of the web site.
