Identifying 506 blocks

Irecently bought a 6.5 long block,and would like to know it's date of birth-onthe barcode is 10G9CE1043-067--onthe rear of the block above the bellhousing is cast#12555506,and on the other side 03 25 K any help would be appreciated,thanks,AL.B.

If I read the code right.

The 03 25 K is the date code I think "A" being January

I assume this was a crate engine (long block) ???

Will be an oil spray block

thanks,does manufacture of 03 mean I have an optimizer 6500?It was bought gov surplus,as a crate long engine-it was in a GM looking crate covered with 1/2 plywood,and had a full load of oil and the filter was
mounted ,so it must have been spun,but definitely was never run,I,m putting it in my 96 suburban.thanks again:)
