IIRC, they're still in production, so you should be able to buy one. I purchased one at the dealer about 3 years ago now, but I had to be sitting down at the time. It was something I HAD to have because I cracked the one on the truck (quick connect for heater).

AM general is still making them, just tell em you have an '01 Hummer. They'll get you the gold plated version (just kiddding 'bout the gold).

I have never bought anything from AM General, is their parts pricing similar to GM, ie expensive! Fortunately we have some GM parts discounters available to us, not so probably for AM General.
