Nv4500??

One the the side acess covers is leak and i need to pull it off and reseal it. It says to use castrol syntorq but i cant find it anywhere. what else is compatable or where can i get syntorq.

When I replaced the flywheel/clutch on mine last year, I changed tranny/transfer oil. Normal auto tranny oil in the transfer. Book should give you the recommended type. I went to the GM dealer to get the proper oil. They wanted to charge me $54 a liter for the tranny oil. I went to a local auto store and they matched me up with what I needed. Ended paying $45 for all the oil instead of $300. I can't remember what it was though. You should be able to check a local shop and get the proper oil. Don't go to GM!:cool:
