Very Annoying Click On Doors

On my front doors on my 05 I get an annoying click click when I open my door when its really cold. It sounds like 2 rollers clicking in the door. I had them look at it under warrenty and now its back. Is there an easy way to take the door panel off?? I have shot lube back thru the rubber boot but it doesn't do the trick.:(

On my '03 there are two screws, one under the lock and one behind the door handle. Don't try to pry the switch panel off, there is a screw from the underside. The backing panel for the mirror prys of too. Bump the door panel up from the bottom of the door (maybe an inch or so).

There are 2 screws under the rubber deal where the door detent/stopper arm is. They get loose and do this.
