Thinking of selling/trading my 96 dually,
wondering what it is worth.

1996 K3500 123k miles, AT,Good to Very good condition, 97 fact cooling.
Gages,and all other usuall mods ( no reflash)
also 35 gal aux tank under bed..

Drives excellent, oil analysis excellent also.

You may check on Ebay & then depending on what location you are selling it from add or minus.

Some of the ones I have seen have brought a lot more than I would have thought, it is all in the pictures & presentation.

I have determined that I will have to have a crew or another burb unless it is a steal on a ext cab very close to Indy.

I'd say that www.kbb.org (http://www.kbb.org) would be a good place to start. Then check out local auto trader magazines and such to see what trucks are going for in your area. KBB supposedly is based on location, but you have to do some "fine tuning" to fit your actual situation.

6-8K tops person-to-person based on your description would be my estimate. Prices on these trucks vary widely based on the history of the truck, condition, etc.
