After a few days of staring at my 8 injectors sitting on the workbench and saying...wonder if they are good...I ripped em all apart and found out that 7 of the 8 were damaged internally. Glad I took them apart know I know just how easy it is to replace or just clean the nozzles. I had a major white smoke issue with zero coolant loss. I'm thinking that these injector nozzles were the cause. I'd like to slap the dude who sold me this truck. Anyone know where I can buy new bosch nozzles? I'm having a tough time finding someone that sells them.

Replacing just the nozzles won't grant you good results...

The nozzles are shimmed inside the housings.

You need a few parts to make the replacement correct.

New heat shields
Shims of various sizes.

The shims are what will allow you to set the pop pressure. Without the appropriate pop tester and shims, they'll likely be all over the place, which won't help out the engine any, will be imbalanced.
