6.5 intermiitent stalling after engine warm

1995 6.5 nice truck 1500 series. problem is that it will stall if it sits about an hour after start up. i turn the key off for a minute and it will start again but needs about 30 secs cranking, if the engine is ice cold, this is a canada reply ,starts and runs perfect, what,s up, thanks.

When it stalls, is it only at an idle ? Does it stall at any other time ?

Check for codes.

Probably PMD as suggested by GMCTD, common deal. Heath would be a good source for the remedy, as would other vendors.

Two scenarios with stalling tho.

Stalling with injection pump codes stored = need new IP

Stalling with no injection pump codes stored = need new PMD.
