alternator housing

how do you identify a correct alternator housing and V belt pulley for this engine, do any other GM vehicles use the same ones maybe?

1100968 is a 61a version

1105045 is a 66a version

Most any Chevy V8 alt will work - use your pulley

Compare the dimension between the mounting hole and the locking bolt hole to yours - if same, any version will work by clocking the front case half to position the battery post and Ign connector to match yours.
