Complete 6.2 engine approximate weight.

Any idea what a complete 6.2 diesel engine weights? Complete with starter, alternator, pulleys, air cleaner etc.

I have a small Harbor Freight utility trailer rated at 700 lbs and was wondering if this trailer is big enough to haul an engine 500 miles.

A long block alone will tip the scales near 700#. I wouldn't suggest a long haul with that combination. Across town maybe, but certainly not 500 miles.
