AutoXray 6000 ODBI Scan Tool

I would like to know if anyone has had experience with an AutoXray 6000 for use as an ODBI Scan Tool.

I would like to know if it works and how much use it is. Can it make adjustments or just read some or all of the codes.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have one and not entirely happy with it. I tried to read the codes off of our 6.5 vehicle at work, and it wouldn't recognize it. It is a 1995 K3500.
There have been other vehicles I couldn't read also.
I will probably be getting a different one in the future.
