Error Codes on 2007 Classic

I have a new 2007 classic with K&N fliter, banks Monster Exhaust....Today I put hypertech programmer and got error code p0402 (Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Flow Excessive) should I be concerned? Truck runs very strong. Much stronger than my 2003 with same set up.

K&N filter or revised intake tract?

Cat is still in place and just a filter drop in.

I got the same code today on my LBZ. I am running a Predator with the 85 hp tune installed. No other mods. I just started running it two days ago. I was driving about 55 when it came on. The DIC is showing a bit better mileage than the 65 hp tune but I may switch back if the code keeps popping up.

Is the problem still there with the programmer removed? Also, if the exhaust does not have enough restriction; it could set the same dtc. ;)
