picture of intake for the 6.2

i dont know what type of intake my 6.2 have. do anybody of you have picture of the c intake and the j intake so i can se the difference.

some of the vacum lines is unnplugged but for all i know the c type intake is still on the engine, previus ovners have made many weird soulitions on this car, so i wont to be shure that the egr system is complete removed and it has the right intake manifold

I don't have a picture handy, but if it is a C intake, you will see the EGR port (and maybe the EGR valve/actuator) in the middle of the plenum. If it's a J intake, there will be no EGR actuator, valve, port, or place to put one.

the last picture is the same intake i have.
but the 2 lines on each side that are running out of the picture at the front of the engine. what are them for?
mine have only a hose from one side to another side, so they are connected togheter.

I guess You mean the thick ones? They're connected to
the CDR (Crankcase Depression Regulator, a.k.a the tuna
can). If they're not connected on Your engine, the oil
fumes from the crankcase might be ventilated out in free
air. Not environmentally correct perhaps, but it shouldn't
cause any harm to Your engine.

By the way, i guess you drive an Audi RS2? I couple of
friends used to drive Audi S2 and RS2, and one of them
got a factory built rally engine from Germany. His car
was rather quick with it's 450+ BHP on the wheels;-).

the oil breaths out in the open air..

i had a rs2. it is sold now. we made 550/600hp in the engine.big ice system and many modifications so it was a werry fast and funny car to drive. but not a good daily driver :) just a car to play with.
