I don't know of an aftermarket gasket. However, there are three different thicknesses of head gaskets available, depending on piston protrusion (needs to be measured before ordering the gaskets).
There are several earlier threads in this forum that discuss head gaskets, and which suggest ways to determine whether a leak is due to a head gasket or an injector cup seal (if this is an LB7). If this is an LB7, I might lean more toward suspecting a bad cup seal for a coolant leak into a cylinder.
I'd remove the glow plugs one at a time in an attempt to isolate which cylinder is affected (seeing coolant), then do a cup re-seal on that cylinder - before a head gasket replacement.
