Hi folks,
This past summer I started constantly blowing the ECM fuse (went thru about a dozen in two days), and here's the fix. A former GM mechanic stopped and told me that told me that there are two ECM ground wires coming outta the harness across the back of the engine, and are mounted to the rear-most pass-side intake stud. Mechanic told me that some of these bolts were installed with silicon sealer, as they pass thru water, and eventually the ground fails. I don't know if that's true or not, but I did move the two wires up to the next stud forward (which already has another ground wire on it), and that instantly solved the problem.
Hope this helps someone.
