Rear axle swap

I have an 8 lug 14 bolt semi floater axle assy in my burb. I would like to swap it out for one with disk brakes. Can I do it? If so what year(s) can I use. Other than master cyl what else would I have to change?

Here is an article on converting a 14B to disc brakes. I think you need to start with a FF rather than SF, though. My understanding is that the FF will swap right in place of the SF.
