I Need Help With Parts And Their #'s

Hi I am having a tough time trying to find part #'s for my '93 6.5TD I am looking for the number for the harmonic balancer and I have found 2 different #'s for a harmonic balancer

1.OEM#14022671 - V8 6.2/6.5 1982-1993
2.OEM#10154688 - 395/6.5L 1994-2002
NAPA has #10154688 but will that fit on my '93 or no? i do not know NAPA does NOT have a listing for #14022671, I also need to find out the part# for the matching crankshaft pully for whichever balancer i need to get this information is greatly needed!! I don't want to spend huge dollars at the dealership :( thanks for your help

If you have a mechanical inj. pump then use: 1.OEM#14022671 - V8 6.2/6.5 1982-1993

Otherwise, use this one with an electronic IP:
2.OEM#10154688 - 395/6.5L 1994-2002

BTW, I have a take off 6.5L OEM#10154688 balancer in great shape - I found out the hard way that it doesn't fit the mech. pump 6.2/6.5L as it's boss/hub is shorter to accomodate the reductor.

Did you try The Diesel Depot?
I got my crankshaft pulley from them for less than half of the dealer cost.

I have mechanical injection pump so i guess im to go with the part # 140xxxxxxx where can i find this asides from the dealership? i searched NAPA and i cant find that part number in their listing...i can only find the most current balancer for the electronic injection pump..plus i dunno where to find the crankshaft pulley in Canada buying from the states...i might as well go with the dealership :( thanks for your help guys

There are a couple of outfits from Canada that advertise on "The Page" check advertisers section and that would be a place to start. If they don't carry them they should know where to get them in Canada.

It just so happens that I had that lower pulley replaced in my electronic 94. My back breaking receipt shows GM#12557345. Maybe you can use that to cross reference.
