Yes. A handheld tuner like a PPE, Quad or Predator can do it (there are a few others too, those just spring to mind) or if you want to go a step further EFILive can do it with ease.

If you don't want to tackle your own tuning then a custom tune from Kennedy Diesel will get it done. I run the KD tunes and won't go back to anything else.
