95 tdc offset

I have looked and looked and can't find the link to the preferred timing and tdc offset for the 94/95 trucks, does anyone have it bookmarked or know off hand?

Offset timing is set to -1.94, timing 3-5 degrees. Those are the most recent numbers I've seen and they've been that way for quite some time now. The service manual lists a different number, but the new numbers seem to work better.
