fuel leak

fuel is leaking from a hose next to injector. i pulled on the hose and it pretty much crumbled. it's a small hose that jumps from one injector to the other. anybody know what the hose is and where i can get more of them? This is on a 1983 sub 6.2l

Those are the injector return lines. You can get a high quality set from JK for not too much. Beware of cheaper sets. They're not worth it.
