Western Diesel filter

I have a foam Western Diesel intake filter that I need to service. I guess they are out of business because I didn't have any luck last time I did an internet search. Does anyone know what brand of filter service kit I should buy?

Go to a motorcycle shop and get any of the foam oil filter kits they have like a UNI brand.
