Fluids fluids fluids...

Ok so I have had my truck now for about 10 days.. Have over 1150 miles and am going to change some fluids. However being an 07 it is calling for low ash oil, ULSD etc... Can I use these fluids it is spec'ing? Ideas, comments, questions..

Although your paperwork may say 2007, it's no different than a 2006, emmission-wise. So, treat it as such. It doesn't have all that stuff requiring low ash oil and ULSD. The models requiring this aren't slated to be out until after December, and more likely after January.

Give Amsoil a good look. They have all the synthetic lubes you could ask for and they are high quality.
