OK, I found a cucv motor. It is a 6.2 litre. It had a remanufacturers tag attached with these no.
ser#PJA0515
14022660
NSN 2815.01.150.5002
122 stamped into block
Tag also says 'block was fogged and crankcase filled with PE30'

This motor came right off the shelf at the motor pool on a military base nearby.

Hi, I can help out here a bit.

14022660 is a part number used by the military for the engine.

2815-01-150-5002 is also a military number for the engine. The NSN is the National Stock Number. This is how EVERYTHING that is used by the military is cataloged.

PE30 should be a preservative oil that was put in the crankcase for long term storage.

If your motor is still dressed you can tell if it was ready to go into a Hummer by the hydraulic fan clutch. It's a large silver disc with a threaded nipple on it.
