This is an eBay item and I want to know if anyone has experience with this particular design. It will be used in a van. Has anyone remote mounted the PSD in a van? Any info or related threads will be greatly appreciated.

Links didn't work for me either. I believe I know the unit he's referring to. My advice is, unless a couple of people on this board step up with testimonials I would stick with what we know works. There's more to a cooler than a shinny piece of billet aluminum and a fan. I think most will agree that you probably don't need a fan if you can get a good cooler mounted in an area that gets fresh air, not hot under hood air.

I've seen those on eBay. My thought is that it looks like a computer case fan and I'd really wonder how that is going to hold up under the hood...

7 year warranty with Heath's setup is hard to beat... I don't think anyone else is matching that....

I have one, didn't know it came with a warrantee. Never thought about it as I expect to always get great service from the stuff I buy from Bill. I've got 3 years on my cooler now so I guess I'm guaranteed to get 4 more... :)

I seen what your talking about. I built something similar for mine.It seems to work but ok but like one person said you need to get some fresh air to it and not the hot air under the hood.

I've mounted (1) Heath's 2wd version on the leading lower edge of my front warn classic winch bumper, and (2) w/Kennedy's extended harness at lower leading edge of driverside wheel well fins facing forward, (3) pump mounted as last resort. Yep, overkill but I'll just be down for a few minutes when one acts up.............
